Dale, I don't know if it is a hired gun or not, but there is no information on the methodology used to conduct the study. Without this information it is impossible to judge the validity of the results. Their web site states they offer: "Custom and Partner Promotion Projects and Programs." This could be a project. He who designs the study, especially the categories chosen to represent "cost-effective" and the scoring system, determines the outcome. Before someone jumps all over me, one of the reasons I like Oracle is because they have good marketing. Kevin
