Dick.....interesting. I too was influenced by Wade Cook.and a hundred other real estate gurus.....in the late 1970's when I was living and buying real estate in San Francisco. His Real Estate Money Machine ideas actually worked...in those days.....but it was really nothing new. I too enjoy seeing him in action. He talks so fast..and his mind works so fast...that you have to enjoy the guy in action. I happen to think that he believes in all of his stuff.....and to a major degree he's right. I mean...the pundits are on his case all the time....for making claims like ability to make 20%/month (is this easy with CC's on margin....or what?)......or his famous claim....that he will show you at least 3 trades that return over 300% annually......well this is only 25% monthly....and with all the trades he does....and puts on his own version of WINs....he's bound to have some calls he bought...that do better than 25%/month..... I have gone to his FREE seminars....and read his books, McMillan....and Ken Trester...(he's my favorite..other than Herm)...Trester really explains it well I think...and I recommend his videotapes. Anyway Cook is one more guy who sells seminars....he just makes a lot more money at it than anyone else. Give the guy a break....he's smart, and he's making a lot of money....and he taught some people how to do CC's, and bull-put spreads, etc.......and if they're smart they'll make money.....and if they're not.....they'll lose their shirt.
