Use this link to download the previous version of the internet
downloader. That version was working for everyone.

It's a fairly small file, so it should download quickly.

Just run the file after you download it to install the downloader, then use it to get the data files.

Craig,

I had the same problem, it seems that qp2 doesn't work with
Internet Explorer 5 installed. I went back to IE4 and it
works fine. I don't know if that is your problem.
