Low volume This market is confused. The institutions are on the sidelines and only the short term traders are out there. One day they drive a stock up, next day down --- sometimes they do it morning and afternoon as with Intel today. There isn't any conviction. This will not go on forever. At the end of the month and quarter the institutions have to put there money into the market. Next Tuesday Greenspan does nothing. Economic growth is good, at least for awhile. I think when it changes it will be explosive. NOVL is building a base.
