So, if the float is effectively increased by the MM's short position, would a certificate call do any good?

Say the float is three million....a million shares are sold short by the MM's. Would all three million certs have to be called for for any result to take place?

Curious...Seems like this whole thing should be illegal. If the CEO of an OTC:BB has done things right, and not diluted the crap out of his shareholders, she or he gets punished by the MM's, who have to hold the company's share price down in order to cover their short.

The more I am in the market, the less I like what I see.
