They call that the PUMP and DUMP Boiler room tactic. A lot of recently exercised options needed to be unloaded, hence the PUMP.

Agree with your broker, IMO continuous rise until NASDAQ, with very high intraday fluctuations. For me, this is very clear, position cash only,no margin and no short, going for long. I may use margin for daytrading and I do so because I have a RTQ terminal and usually I sell back within half an hour. (read my previous post).
