Yikes. Nobody has ever answered me when I asked if you could sue for libel when the wronged party is using an anonymous alias.

Well, I quickly read VBroady's posts and some of Ken's posts. Here's some quick observations:

1) In my opinion, Ken has no grounds to win a suit. Period. End of discussion. Some name calling and stuff like that, but nothing libelous.

2) Ken could proceed with a lawsuit just for the harassment value it might have. But that runs the risk that VBroady could actually prove his name calling allegations, and I don't think Ken would want to be a "court certified" nut. Besides that, Ken might end up having to pay all costs for both sides of the litigation, which he might not really like.

3) In my opinion, VBroady seems to be a good judge of people. <g>
