It is my understanding that the broker in question was simply buying shares directly from the public market, and and trying to recruit new clients using BII as bait..Obviously for many people buying a TSE stock is complicated and requires a full service broker...he was asking pretty nice commissions for executing these trades....I dont think it has anything to do with options, but I will ask him Monday...

Doug,

Seems like a lot of noise from you on a rumour. Why should we place any weight on something that you heard that we can't look into ourselves? At least the eBay rumour was circulating among the community.

Care to give some background on the options rumour, or can provide a link or one to a graph that we might look at?

Denise.
