As is always the case, and what happened to ASND, COMS is taking a thrashing by some analysts, some message boards, and in the stock price. Ultimately, ASND won because they have products that are valuable. LU will make good use of such. Ultimately, COMS will win because they too have valuable products. If current COMS course/management can't do it, someone else will for them. Simple fact is that a networking company like COMS is valuable. Just for sheeeets and giggles, if you value COMS at ASND/LU deal price, you come up with something in the 50s for COMS.
