Zeev, what do you mean by 'baggage'?

It will effect their 'credit rating'
until they can prove that they know
how to do more than spend money.
But a sizable product order from a
major OEM would, I assume, be enough
to restore credibility.

Other than that, the loss carried forward
reduces their taxes, which is goodness.
Please be more specific if I'm missing
your point.
