Tom, I would not expect that the 3rd and 4th quarter results should change. I would not want any of the previously reported results to change. If they do change by very much, this company may have some legal problems IMO. Companies that restate earnings from previous years etc.seem to usually end up in court which in most cases is probably entirely warranted. Hope that is NOT the case here as that will really put a drag on a seemingly improving situation.Looking forward to the filing but as you suggested earlier will not hold breath for now. What are the legal issues with SEC as far as filing this and including or not including the latest quarter which will have ended in a few days? In the past it seems that the company made some issue of this as a reason for not filing. i.e. that they had to include the most recent quarter if that date had passed?
