You are correct, look at part of a recent interview by Nacchio from QWST. "ASAP question - Why did you choose partners such as Netscape, Cisco, and Microsoft? NACCHIO - We believe portals and browsers are an important new access vehicle to distribute networks, and therefore we looked to Netscape. We are building communication functionality behind the Netcenter page.
