NO It can be communicated by management at any time. You don't need 10Q or full 4th qtr PR ( which is often much later than the other qtrlys). It is up to them to convey that info and with the potential financing/sale of assets, I would doubt to see the actual B/S (bal sht) until then. Lot of guess work in between. Of course, with the slowness of the PR, they may even delay the transaction past the quarter and you could see none of the deal in the next 10Q, just wait until July (OK?) It wouldn't be the first time I saw action like that with a small company pushing out bad B/S numbers
