Appears we"re going to have restrictions on the sale of our shares after the conversion, if it ever happens. I"m not real happy about it, but I guess it is to be expected in this long story.

(PR NEWSWIRE) New Discoveries Satellite TV Network Goes Global
New Discoveries Satellite TV Network Goes Global

SYDNEY, Australia, March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- New Discoveries Publishing
Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: NWDP), an e-commerce software company with special
applications, has signed a Letter of Intent with Australia's Global Television
Pty Limited to broadcast satellite gaming and sportsbook wagering activities
around the world.
The Letter of Intent sets out a framework for an agreement to be entered
into between New Discoveries and Global Television to allow New Discoveries to
broadcast its casino and sportsbook wagering satellite television programming
directly from Global Television's Sydney studios.
Under the proposed agreement, New Discoveries will use Global Television's
production studios to produce the content for its two interactive gaming
stations, to be officially launched in May.
The agreement allows viewers who do not have Internet access, to
participate and make wagers from the privacy of their own homes, through home
telephones or GSM mobile phone networks.
The satellite TV network will be focusing on key markets in Asia, Europe
and the United States, reaching a potential audience of hundreds of millions
of potential players.
Global Television will provide their outside broadcast facilities and
high-end digital post-production suites for New Discoveries' content. It is
also contemplated that Global Television may manage the entire production of
the TV network, including the co-ordination of program content, hiring of
talent and assist in satellite distribution.
Mr. Peter Michaels, CEO and Chairman of New Discoveries, said the proposed
agreement would allow the company to broadcast its gaming and entertainment
programs to hundreds of millions of satellite television viewers.
"Nobody has taken this approach to entertainment before. This is a unique
approach to online gaming and sportsbook wagering entertainment," he said.
"We are fortunate to be able to use Global Television's world-class
production facilities. We look forward to working with Global Television to
produce, manage and handle the technical needs of New Discoveries satellite TV
networks."
Mr. Michaels said he believed the success of broadcasting live gaming
shows through e-commerce software and multiple languages, would parallel those
of other broadcasting network companies. Over the past three months since
December 30 1998, to March 29 1999, Fox Entertainment Group has increased
21% from $22 4/8 to $27 5/16; CBS Corp. has increased 29% from $31 3/8 to
$40 3/8; British Sky Broadcasting has risen 12% from $46 3/8 to $51 7/8; SBS
Broadcasting has increased 23% from $24 7/8 to $30 5/8; and Cox Radio Inc. has
risen 13% from $42 to $47 4/8.
New Discoveries Publishing Corporation, a Nevada-based company, was formed
in 1993 and approved for trading in September 1998.
The Global Television Group is one of Australia's largest and most well
equipped providers of television production facilities. Established in 1987,
Global Television is a subsidiary of the publicly listed company, Television &
Media Services Limited (ASX: TMS).
