Ed: We have been down mainly due to Window dressing by Portfolio Managers. At the end of the Q, its customary for some of them to switch their losers to a sister fund of the same Family for the ride up the following Q. Makes them look smart.!

My Broker also mentioned that during the last 2 days, many "Out of the Money PUTS" both short term and Long were exercised by those who had bought them. Perhaps some one more knowledgeable may like to interpret that.
