It's for Europe, and for the folks living in the balkan region, too.
It is much more sad that the Europeans, appeasing as they were, weren't ready to start an attack alone.

As the whole attack is widely accepted and backed in Europe now, even with German participation, you can not attribute it to the ego of Clinton. He would be silly to call for a war without either being pushed to do so, or having found European allies early enough. The recent vote of the UN Security Council has shown the support of the action.

It took 3 assaults against innocent people: Croatian, Bosnian, and now Scipetares in Kosovo, to force the Western States, here the NATO to move. At least, Milosevic is shown that he offended "limits".

Something what hasn't been done against Hitler, 60 years ago.
