Henry Kissinger was speaking in Chicago this week at the Chicago Concil for Foreign Relations. His view: 1). U.S. global national intersts are handling relations with #1 -- China #2 -- Russia 2). The events in the Balkans are sesseccionist civil wars -to describe them as genocide is absolutely measleding and trivialize the Holocaust. Both sides are armed and ivolved in atrocities, etc. 3).
