Everything could be jeopardized if this is the case. You might want to check out his modus operandi. The guy in the article, from what I have been able to gather, surrounds himself with many people who have been charged or banned in various jurisdictions. That guy, and his, what should we call them, his cronies likely have a variety of methods for luring in the investment dollars. Is any of this getting through ?

Chatty, tell us your story. Where were you born? Where did you grow up? Where did you go to school? Degree? What companies have you worked for? Why have you moved around so much? Then tell me why I should invest in FNTT. When do you plan to file with the SEC and get a CUISP? How many shares are in the float? How many shares are held by insiders? Are they restricted? If so, when do they vest? Have you done any private placements in the past year? What are your 1998 gross revenues? What are your 1998 net revenues (profit). What are your projected 1999 revenues, profit? Do you think that all of the disclosed information on this thread will hurt the company? It seems that everyone except Cliff has a questionable past. Why did you think posting on SI would be fun? BTW, I don't have to answer any of these questions -- but you should to stay compliant. I am a private investor and am not subject to any disclosure rules. I also don't short (so you can't blame me) since I have a cash-only account with my brokerage.
