Do you see my name associated with any lawsuits related to Brennan Ross? No, I did not. But neither did John G. He merely said you were employed there at the time. What prompted me to post to you was your allegation of "slander" against John. I simply sought to figure out exactly what he said that was so odious that you felt it necessary to send his post to the SEC. Why the SEC would care about slander (or, more correctly in this case, libel) is beyond me, but, as I didn't see anything factually wrong based on written record, I figured I'd ask you to set the record straight. I now see you don't deny you were at Brennan Ross when they had their problems, just that you were not at all involved. Thanks for clearing that up. - Jeff

Getting your facts straight. or Is that in reference to your phony conversation here on SI ? When you talk about getting your facts straight, are you telling us that your current boss, was actually the person in this link #reply-8431640 and that you didn't know him at the time he was doing all those things ? Do you think he is still a liar and a stock manipulator, as the NASD alleged ? Do you believe him when he says he didn't do it ? Do you and he go to the same church ? How many posts were made up and posted all at once ? Is that what you mean when you say "get the facts straight" ? In light of the fact that the man in the article, who may or may not be your boss, says the NASD is lying, have you ever had any dealings with the NASD ? Do you have any opinion on why the NASD would lie about the man in the article, who may or may not be your boss ? Has the NASD ever told lies about you ? Have you and Cliff discussed the fact that your boss may be the man in the article, a notorious stock churning shill who is very well known in regulatory circles, a real buzzard ? For those of you who may not have read the article #reply-8431640 As always, just curious.
