Jim,

You recently posted that NYRR was considering two candidates for President!

My guess ( as if it really matters) is since the apparent delay in becoming a reporting company looms larger everyday (JMO!) that any consideration for a new President/CEO would most likely be focussed on some candidates within the organization! Why? Well my thinking is to become reporting we have to open up all the books, records, reports for public scruteny--since we are not yet reporting--to me is a signal that there is a reason this has not been done--thus for the same reason that the data required for becoming reporting hasn't been
released would be the same reason that a candidate outside the company would not have access to them! JMO!

Whether it makes sense to anyone else or not--that's my opinion--until at least the company decides to include it's shareholders in the information loop!

My feeling is that there must be a lot at stake with the recent news blackout by NYRR Management!--I hope the shareholders are included / considered in any/all major company decisions--whatever they may be?

It would be interesting to conduct an NYRR Shareholder poll to determine how many shareholders do feel that they are a high priority on the NYRR Managements list!

I have been verbally told shareholders are very important to NYRR Management---with the recent lack of factual information and mixed signals given --I think otherwise! JMO!

At one time there was suppose to be something magical for NYRR for the June, 1999 time frame--is everyone still of the same opinion?

I stopped providing a regular update to my 1999 share trading volume and share price prediction--it has become a fruitless waste of time
in my view.

All we seem to have is shareholders talking to themselves with zero involvement and interest from the company! Very sad indeed! JMO!

Jack Garnes appears to have hit the nail on the head! Does anyone know if Jack will be reinstated on S.I. so that he can resume posting?

I don't know whether this is fact or fiction but I thought I heard a rumor that one of the NYRR Directors has in the neighbourhood of 40 Million Shares--sounds outrageous to me! I think I would be embarrassed to report that --sounds too incredible to be factual! JMO!

I am very disillusioned--my expectation level regarding NYRR progress to this point in time was much higher then what has or has not been publically announced! Live and learn--I still would like to live in a world where one can take people's word for face value--sort of their word is their bond scenario? Unfortunately it appears that the almighty dollar can change scenario's very quickly!

In my opinion the factually informed shareholder of non-reporting OTC-BB Companies are a fading breed! JMO!

Are we headed for the Pink Sheets? Time Will Tell!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
