Graystone-your pontification lends to the belief that you approve of Clinton's actions. I don't and NEVER will. He is a puffed up little man who will do anything to have his legend go down in history, including invoking the War Powers Act yesterday; declaring one thing when it suits his own purpose, without regard to the protection and benefit to the country he is supposed to represent. He is acting as a dictator at this point, and is OUT OF CONTROL. He has proven he is above the law, and congress and senate are as gutless as he is. The country is in for a rough road ahead due to the incompetence and disregard Clinton has with respect to foreign policy, and we as a country are witness to the dissolution of the democracy we pretend to hold so high. If it were high, how would we stand for a traitor in the white house? Times have changed, while liberal, socialist and fascist philosophies have become the rule of the day, and the generations neutralized with pablum from the press and reliance of government hand outs, the will to think for ones self or to do any cognitive thinking has been abandoned. You can expect retaliation within the next 3 months, if we have to wait that long, and it will most likely be a nuke going off probably in our country - that would give Clinton the power to invoke martial law and he can become the dictator granted in 1973 passed by both house and senate. I am sure you can look this up at your library, but of course, you may already be aware of this. Regardless, this war invoked by Clinton to keep the China fiasco out of the front pages will result in heavy damage to the US. China remember takes over the Panama Canal channel at the end of this year (vis a vis contracts - money coating the hands of politicians - sound familiar with Panama) and Panama is lawless and getting like South Africa at this time as the Americans close up the bases. This based on personal experience, having been to Panama for a month in January 1999. China signed an agreement with the Vatican last week that the Vatican will trade with China and will ignore attempts by China to take over Taiwan. hmmmm What is Japan going to do, certainly they are in the process of gaining some type of nuclear arms (after all they wrote "the Art of War" and you do know what that 'art' is don't you - of course, ANTICIPATION - they certainly cannot count on Clinton nor the US for support - Clinton is not reliable, dependable, honest and has a complete disregard for the customs and rights of others and now ALL the world can ignore anything he says and they will. He is a bafoon that is dangerous, can't be trusted, says one thing does another ... and with this action in Eurpoe coming out of the blue - it shows to world leaders he is a "loose cannon". Nato countries will soon tire of this assault, and we can only wonder what he will do next. We have had plenty of this type of hypocritical leader in history and they have done more harm than good for the country the purported to represent. What makes Clinton different than Milosevich - just because he hides behind NATO? He's using NATO to kill people for a cause he pulled out of thin air. We certainly did NOT enter this balkan war for the protection of persons from "holocaust" demise. Certainly you can read and see that the world is full of much worse autrocities and Clinton ignores them because HE has no interest nor will NOT benefit. By the way, why would a government order 25 million body bags from the manufacturer in Denver in January 1999? So before you pontificate about "this or that" please read some true democratic books and documentation prior to peddling that leftist dogma. Jacalyn
