Finally, it hit 100 today.

I have not posted in a long time.

My wife is in management, and some of the things you say are correct.

it really is hard to get good help, and keep them to stay.

they are trying to raise the pay ,

Its hard to explain to the younger ones , the advantages of working at Wal Mart long term.

its been great for us, our stock cost is less than 25 per share for the last 5 yrs, and they give us 15 cents on every dollar invested.

wife just got a nice stakeholders check, and they also put money into 401, and they also put profit sharing money into a account and invest the money into wal mart stock, can't wait to see that now.

they do have a lot of hard working long term employees.

and dont forget the 10% employee discount, its great to shop at Wal Mart.

I can say the same for the Rail Road I work at, you wonder how they make money, but they do. !!

you have to look at the big picture,

right now, its the only game in town.
