How much was the financing for the same amount that HTRN is getting. Consolidation KGM and another company that the IR guy has the same interest, from KGM -HTRN - ENTERRA (intermedia software), its a small world. I could be way off but hope to get some confirmation from TOPSTOCK2/JUNIOR. Hope you can shed some light JUNIOR. Regards, TOPSTOCK

Good day all this is topstock jr. Humm interesting... [fact]KGM/Enterra definitley is trading paper with halltrain this was confirmed in person by a principal in halltrain [fact]KGM/Enterra is on a trading halt because of lack of documentation..this was confirmed by the ASE [fact]KGM/Enterra desperatly needs about 300 thousand and one more director...{see sedar documentation) (additional note) KGM/Enterra seems to have taken over a company called charityworks International (or at least the principals may have) So is the 300 thousand moving from HTRN to KGM/enterra ??? if so whats the incentive?? Does htrn want to get on the ase? does htrn have to do somthing in order to protect its investment in KGM/Enterra?? where does Charityworks fit into the picture? If indeed there are major funds moving from HTRN to KGM/Enterra what happens to the value of the investment if the Intermedia vrs Enterra/KGM problems end up in court? By the way [fact] the principal of Kgm/Enterra has definitly expressed major interest in halltrain on several different occasions in the past. top stock jr happy trading all!
