Hi Bob,

The Portugese gas is worth much much more than $0.50/mcf in the ground. You will want to followup with Doreal personnel to get a better idea but "my guess" would put it closer to $CAN 1.50-1.75 /mcf (Yes, in the ground !!).

Aljubarrota No. 2, if a success would mean 5$US/share in reserves(gas + oil)
But this success will dramatically increase probability of another mega-find in the
Lusitanian Basin that can have 10 TCF (look at www.dorealenergy.com )
It will also increase credibility off the management.
Some change for Columbia, cash at hand, excitement about rising energy prices and Aljubarrota No. 2 can give us 10 $US near term.
So 3.60$C(2.38$US) is pretty rational price from the market point of view,
can be twice as that next week before news release
