Government won't need to get involved. Hindery said, in no uncertain terms, that Comcast is out. It is the equivalent of why AOL and ATHM don't get together. Jing said you can't have two brands. I said, companies do it all the time. Jing was right in this case. When you break away from your parents you often have to trash them to make them realize you are no longer their responsibility. That's how you start to take charge of your own life. It also means you have to start paying your own way. You can't use their auspices, their brand, any more.
