t2, cnn & cnbc are smart enyff to know that the trial is not such a big deal. they are also greedy enuff to try and boost viewership by trumping it up. at some point 19 states are going to realize we better take what we can get. the idea that msft or the courts for that matter are going to cave in to idiosyncratic, ill-informed notions re the tech "landscape" and political motivations brought on by 19 states is ludicrous. as has been posted before, the longer it goes on the better it gets for msft. meanwhile aol is frozen from taking full initiative with ntscp. time is serious money in net arena. i think msft is gaining
