{mdn can pass the crisis only in selling their joint venture
to anybody who is interested.....barrix,achanti etc
they have until end of 2000 to finalize their jv with pgd}

Jack what do you mean 'crisis'? MDN will easily finalize their jv.
We have a lot of time and many investors should gladly come forward to
finance when as 'you say' april results come out.

For me between of all the properities between the two PGD/MDN
the only real NESTEGG IS TULAWAKA. It was, I undrstand the hot
subject in the PDAC convention in toronto last week.(beside lac Rocher)

So if majors want to buy Tulawaka they have to buy both PGD/MDN.
Its an interesting play. We can make $$$$ on both...

I think what you are saying is that it will be easier to buy MDN
first then buy PGD next?

But expenses at MDN dont seem to be high so they should easily be able to wait til end 2000. In the meantime as more results come out
PGD & MDN price for takeover will increase. Agree?

Thats why am concerned that as soon as 'initial reserves'
estimate come out in next few months a 'cheap takeover' attempt
may occur.
Anyway like the Argentina gold (ARP) did we dont have to accept the first ' lowball offer'!! Other majors should come and counterbid.

Any comments
