TO ALL:

I found this "administrative action" by the SEC against certian market makers and broker/dealers while surfing. It is rather lengthy, but well worth the read for anyone who does not understand what those of us mean when we "imply" that MM's (market makers) are manipulating or playing games with the bid ask price to reflect erroneous upward or downward pressure on a stocks price for their own benefit. Note that of the companies implicated three (3) are active MM's in WINR (Herzog, Gruntal and Sherwood). Also note that the largest MM in WINR, Knight Securities (NITE) is not implicated in this particular action. Take the time to read it and I think you will begin to understand why and how manipulation can and does take place, especially on BB stocks. Keep in mind too, that 99% of BB companies are crap. The 1% that turn into real and strong companies (as I obviously feel WINR is doing) will eat the MMs lunch in the mid term.

Best Wishes,
Swedelo

Mr. Jimbostein - Hang in there buddy! Your 2000 shares of WINR will make any IRA contribution you make by selling this stock one BAD move on your part. Perhaps a direct transfer (if possible) of the stock to your IRA would be a better move! When WINR finally moves - those that sold this stock will weep, and wail, and gnash their teeth!

Please tell me why I should hold. Sorry to sound lazy, but I'm a CPA in taxtime with no time to make calls.

Jimbostein,
Before I waste my valuable time, why don't you tell us why you even bought it to begin with.

JC
PS If a $5,000 investment isn't worth a phone call or two BEFORE you buy a stock, you should be putting your money into mutual funds or just send it to me instead.

Let's get this straight Jimbo... You are a CPA that does no due dilegence... Yeah right... We are buying it... Sounds like the start of another American Dreamer series of posts...
