Dear threadneedler: I am quite sure that TAVA was invited to this Symposium and frankly, because of their importance in imbedded systems issues it would have been disgraceful if they didnt go. There probably are no other companies as familiar on such a broad scale with the intricacies of the problem. I am sick and tired of people worrying about the PR effect of Y2K OR NOT y2k. At this point I am resigned to just holding the stock and waiting for the growth that has been fast and steady. Eventually the market will DISCOVER TAVA and our day will come. This stock is a long term hold not a trading stock anymore.
As to the acquisition, you are referring to MANGAN and frankly I am PUZZLED as to why its not completed and/or why we are not kept abreast of developments. I have emailed JJ about this but received no reply. His original comment was that Mangan must dispose of something (dont know what) before the acquisition can be finalized. I have to presume that is the hold up. Frankly, its too late now to be of any use this quarter and if in fact it is accretive immediately as he has said, then I just hope it happens effective 3/31. Hey Needleman if you didn't notice KEA last traded yesterday at 21 7/8. 39 1/16 points off its July high of 60 15/16's. I think KEA is tagged with the same perception problem TAVA is.

But I also think this problem is creating a hell of a good investment opportunity. I think the herd is wrong on TAVA, KEA and a few others.

I have been picking away at both of these. But waiting for a fairly strong market sell off in the next month or so to really load up.

Big Guy
