John,

a Question and an answer.

What/who is chadmoore wireless?

GSM? It's the most widely used wireless technology in the world. The technology used by omnipoint, voicestream, powertel, etc, and all operators in Europe, most in Australia and Asia. It has a clearly defined path to data rates of 384 kbps, and, with G3 [third generation], a somewhat clear path to 2Mbps data rates, allowing for video transfer from wireless terminals. [voluntary disclosure -- the 2Mbps speeds use WCDMA, but it is an evolution from the current GSM standard]

I don't see nextel going that route, and I would like to before I get back in. This is a long term decision on my part.
