Well I do own the stock, Bot a couple thousand shares for my kids accounts. A great way to get kids interested, by buying something they have heard of and can root for. In talking to some managers or reps of international funds, Nintendo and Sony are some of the only Japanese stocks they own. Sony has recently made a huge move after the announcment of restructuring and some funds are shifting european positions (read profits) and getting their feet wet in Japan. I wouldnt bother investing here unless you are getting more bullish in Japan. As far as fundamentals Im afraid Im at a loss to be able to value ANY japanese company in a meaningful way. Anyone else lurking that could chime in here?
