Yes Rob,
A couple years back Juno (if it's the same juno) was the spam capital of the internet. It became a big problem because the format at juno was tailor made for the major spammers. They were being cursed from one end of the web to the other. As soon as I heard the Juno name in relation to WCAP, I cringed. That was awhile ago but I would bet that others have the same recollection. If it's the same Juno I wouldn't give them a nickle.
