I thought that was what you meant. I really don't know. Central Bankers from the major countries are subject to some pretty stringent disclosure requirements. I wouldn't be surprised if they were strictly limited in what they can invest. I believe the Fed is restricted in such a fashion. As such I would doubt they are investing their personal accounts the same way they are intervening.

The emerging markets are a trickier question.
