The multiple system DD order was not for the new litho tool. It is a row bar application and the order is for the old 1x technology. This row bar application is not a leading edge lithography requirement. Utek has not yet sold any reduction systems to the DD market and the ISI acquisition is almost a year old.

You might want to re-check your contact at PLAB. I understand that they have given up on the e-beam tool.
