I have been waiting for some time, this stock should do pretty well, if the management would get on the ball, or stop dropping the ball.----francis terry

Jim:

You are asking good questions. And you are prudently suspicious of the company and the price actions. And you do not know any posters on this thread or their intentions. If you choose to invest in TSIS it is your choice. But if I may make a few comments;

1) Many posters here are quite familiar with the penny stock market, including company, promoter and market maker activities.

2) Some posters are optimistic, others are conservative. But all believe in their convictions, and should be respected for their knowledge of investments, the company and their interest in selfishly sharing information.

3) Shareholders such as John B, Barbara, Breeze, Skip and too many others to mention play an active role in shareholder meetings and promoting full disclosure and shareholder rights. As a result of their efforts, the company is controlling dillution and the Board is well aware of the fiduciary responsibilities of shareholders and the ramifications of non-compliance. We all owe these individuals our thanks for asserting our privilege and enforcing our rights as shareholders.

4) The company has audited financials disclosing all potentially dillutive securities, of which there are few, and those existing are management incentives.

5) The final full disclosure can be confirmed through a simple call to JJ in investor relations, who likes to tell it like it is rather than the way you would like it. What you hear from JJ you can take to the bank.

That being said, do your own DD, and invest wisely.
