Now let me see. Prinvest takes a default judgement lien on Wireless, USA in 1997, presumably because they didn't pay off a loan.

In 1999 they wish to lend these proven deadbeats a few more million dollars.

Do the FBI and SEC need it put in any clearer "Dick and Jane" terms?

Floydie, did what you posted say Prinvest had a judgement against Wireless USA? That would indeed be significant. But I must have missed that... I saw where Prinvest had been plaintiff in some actions, and that Wireless USA had a judgement against it, but not that the two were connected.
