As at March 31, 1999, the company's corporate name was changed from Jilbey Exploration Ltd. to Jilbey Enterprises Ltd. This follows the company's annual and special meeting held on March 26, 1999, where 6,166,283 or 42.95 per cent of outstanding shares were represented and all resolutions were passed as proposed.
