UIT is now owned 100% by UTDL. That means when the IPO is done, some of UIT will still be owned by UTDL. If UIT increases in price UTDL should reflect the increase. Now, what % might UTDL still own I expect the current UTDL shareholders be offered a part of the IPO of UIT. Probably not 1 for 1. Since we are not privy to the numbers, they could be maybe 5 for 1 all the way to 25 or 50 to 1. >>>i also was wondering how this would effect the warrants .<<< I would doubt the Warrant holders would be offered the IPO. I have held this stock on and off from the animals, law suit, $40,000,000.00 judgement, the Judges' being paid off, the judgement reversal, the $4,000,000 cash settlement from the Irvine Co., the lack-luster time, and NOW, the start of a whole NEW company direction! I made good money before, now to do it again is quite nice!
