C'mon Skip. "The company is not selling any shares plain and simple." How can you say this for certain-sure ... of your own personal, first-hand notice? The answer is that you cannot, I cannot, your broker cannot. We all just have to trust management ... and to remember that officers and management of this company lied to their shareholders less than a year ago ... lied to you, to me, and to your stockbroker as well.
