Phil updated his site again today. --------------------------------------hometown.aol.com -------------------------------------- Over on Yahoo (msg 61688) he prognosticates, "I'll guess 1,150,000 revenue for 4Q98, and 6,750,000 for 1Q99. Both of these would work well for me." His 4Q98 hits a clean chord, but his 1Q99E seems optimistic to me. My dart hit $5.1M(E) for 1Q99. To help inspire shoppers, KANA should really update the obsolete processor specs (233/200) to the current (266/233) on the Xybernaut web page, and maybe also add a "History of the Mobile Assistant" page (complete with color glossies), so visitors can distinguish between old Xybernaut P166 articles and new MA-IV articles. The casual observer might mistakenly take the MA-IV for a Mentis or ViA wannabe, and the history is probably interesting, too. If they think EnPoint will take up the consumer interest slack, Don't count on it. I've called both phone numbers at the 'big' Minneapolis branch office over a dozen times and only get an answering machine. They don't even list an address (the only business on the phone book's page which doesn't) so I suppose the number gets relayed to some sweatshop in Puerto Rico or something. I'm not going to leave a message, because I demand to 'be served'. I'd ask Xybernaut about this, but they won't answer my emails. Hey, I'm not asking for improper information! After all this I still believe Xyber is a reasonably well run business (with some very strong elements) working on a tight budget and due to for strong quarterly growth in the next several years. Besides, LU didn't answer my email inquiry about the MA-IV, either. Maybe I'm just unlikable. Shoe.
