About 4 years ago, my son was given some money to buy stocks. He chose at that time TYCO Toys and Toys R US.. TYCO was subsequently bought out by Mattel. Since that time I have been following Mattel. My son sold his share at $36 and bought Pepsi with the proceeds. After the big decline, after much dd I came to the conclusion it was a short term blip. Buying TLC is gravy and I believe by YE we will be back in the high 30's. Also when the market is this high and could retract at any time I tend to gravitate to stocks I regard as safe. Little downside and big upside. Thus I have moved some tech money to Mattel, Boeing, Schlumberger.

I am sure Hasbro is a good stock too but do not know it well so prefer Mattel.
