It may be there was a large group of employees, particularly in infrastructure division, who did receive their options on a particular day, vesting of which is about to occur. As earlier post said, the company may simply buy them out for cash of the difference between the exercise and option price; no real difference to the employee for it's ordinary income regardless. What it may affect is options that are not yet exercisable down the road, a year to three years away. Ericy may give them options in lieu. Let's not fly off the handle; nor should the employees, since it seems some details still need to be worked out.

Yesterday there were several posts alluding to negative money flow, but no link to see what y'all were talking about. I didn't quite understand the point being made. How can there be negative money flow on a day when the stock goes up 13?
