For those of you who consider yourselves "financial gurus," please note the following:

The form 10SB that was filed yesterday with the SEC is not merely an earnings release. It is an indication that Teltran intends to become a fully reporting company. In an earlier announcement, they stated as much and I believe this is the first step in their plan to be listed on a major exchange within the next year.

Furthermore, the documents that were filed yesterday are for the fiscal year ending 1998. Teltran operates according to a calendar year and at no time have they said that 1998 was anything but a period where they moved from the developmental stage (start-up) into becoming an operating company. In all the recent announcements it is quite clear to anybody who can read that the revenues and earnings that Teltran projects are in the years 1999 and 2000.

While these message boards are often an excellent source of information and sharing of ideas, in cases like this they become very dangerous and misleading. Here, too many people are making statements with clearly no understanding of what they are talking about. This is a very exciting company and if we would all sit back and relax, I'm sure management won't disappoint us.
