Good point, Paul. I kind of came to the same impression not that long ago. Basically, it's kind of in the human nature that if you are in the daytrading biz, your primary motivator is going to be to get people to trade. Period. You may be better or worse at the various customer service issues, but that's your bottom line. Getting tickets processed. I've pretty much fallen back to trades from 3 days to 3 months. I discovered that when you get roped into daytrading, there are a lot of self-destructive behaviors that can get into the act (very much like people who go to Vegas, convinced that they can beat the system). I'm not saying there aren't people in these threads who consistently make money, but the statistics say that most people who play this game will lose over the long haul. And let's be honest: in an anonymous (or virtually so) environment like this, who knows what's really coming down? I could claim an outrageous track record and who would know different?

Nice to find a fellow traveller. I have refused to daytrade on the net because of the reliability and 'no liability' issues. This has probably cost me money , but saved me many an ulcer.

Hopefully, things will come to a point soon where these issues are not so much of a problem.

Good luck!
