Brian;
I recently left One of the East coast divisions, along with a
wave of principal engineers. The concensus was that 3Com was
making no effort to retain talent. This may have been a short
sighted way to reduce head count. You will find, that as in the
past, hiring new people will be an exercise in fighting management
for every req. Growth will be less than flat.
