If Clinton really wanted to stop the Serbs from killing the Kosovars he would aim the Cruise missiles at apartment buildings in Belgrade.

As long as the Serb civilians are in no imminent danger this war will drag on for months. This will give the Serbs plenty of time to push the Kosovars back into Albania and burn down their homes and villages.

There is no way NATO can stop the Serbs unless they are willing to launch a ground invasion of Kosovo which seems very unlikely.

Max90;This country was settled and bult by Europeans of many nations.During the world wars, second generation Americans made up a large portion of our overseas armies.Too many Americans,myself included,still have family living in Europe to not feel for the people living over there. On the other hand, how many Rwandans do you know?
