I have never contacted Terri, as I feel that all PR people are full of sh*t anyway, But I don't believe she has carte blanche with her press releases.They are probably dictated to her at the weekly mgmt meeting on Mondays.If that is indeed the case,being in public relations at NAVR could be like being a captain in the Kansas navy.
