>>I am curious where you found the higher share numbers that where used in your calculations? <<

The 36M is the fully diluted number I remember from the latest quarterly earnings report. Many internet sites give outdated figures which are not to be relied on. But the quarterlies always give up to the minute share calculations. The float I numbers I calculated exclude the roughly 60% of the shares which are said to be held by institutions. I do not know who calculates the institutional figures or on what basis. If they are using the number of 24M as total SOS, then my figures, based on their figures, would be innacurate. As I suggested, a number of these shares may not actually be owned as yet since they may have been issued to cover existing options, which have not yet been exercised. Try this link and scroll down toward the bottom.

Looks like a weighted average of 35.3M shares fully diluted.

Bill, I'm a little sick today so these numbers may be off, but, The numbers that you referenced do not include the 12M? shares that HJ owns class G, that are not traded.
