I just sent them a promotional video doc/story we did on CBC "The National" that was aired on the eve of Feb.28th. Look back on that date (next day)and you'll see a positive mkt reaction. The only problem was that CBC is on labour dispute / strike and we lost over 65% of our viewers that week because of it (669,000 viewers lost) The IR is now going to pump the ZI story to the inquiring brokers and firms that phoned due to this news story. They're travelling to cities the week of March 29th. I have to admit its going to be hard to pump if the selling was serious - on the other hand if it was one of our long time holders (There's alot of those for the ZI stock)with influence - it may be a short term effect. Waiting for other information from other sources.

Got the news last night. A large individual shareholder had to meet a margin call, hence he dumped a load of share on the market open. This put alot of downward pressure on the stock. Had the company had known ahead of time of his situation, they would have helped him find a place to put the shares rather than dump them on the open market. At any rate, the company has since identified the investor and introduced him to a buyer. He also informed the company that he had done selling all he needed to sell. Other sources tell me, there will be 2 press releases on Monday regarding Zi. The company views each to be positive. The first will come out when the market opens and the 2nd should be out by midday on Monday. If this is the case load up at temporary bargain prices.
