I pay $60 a half year. As I said in a previous post, I am relatively new to both computers and this discussion group thing. For me the cost was absolutely worth it because the only other group discussing AXC that I knew of was the Yahoo board, and that takes forever to go from post to post, and about 4 out of every 5 posts is worthless (with regard to any topic -- off topic discussions here are at least meaningful or funny...well, attempts at being funny...well, nothing's perfect.) I think that my relative newness to this whole phenomena gives me a different perspective than those who entered gradually. Up until two years ago I did not even have a phone. I came here from New York about 12 years ago and went into virtual isolation. The change is astounding, and it surprises me no end that the power that is so obvious in this thing is not creating an even more momentous atmosphere for change. We have here talent from all over the world. We almost do not need a ground-based structure such as AXC to accomplish world shaking moves. All that is really necessary is to have enough of us open our eyes to this very forum.
